This study is to identify multi-structural relation among perceived supervisor support, perceived team support, perceived
organizational support, team change intention and turnover intention of hotel employees. Data was collected from
employees of 5 star hotel in Seoul, Korea. Based on collecting data, hypotheses were examined by using path analysis.
The results are summarized as follows. First, perceived supervisor support has positive effect on perceived team support.
Second, perceived supervisor support has positive effect on perceived organizational support. Third, Perceived Team
support has negative effect on team change intention. Fourth, perceived organizational support has negative effect on
turnover intention. Fifth, perceived team support has positive effect on perceived organizational support. Lastly, team
change intention has positive effect on turnover intention.
