The purpose of this study is to understand interrelationships among employees’ counterproductive behavior, job
satisfaction, and turnover intention in a deluxe hotel. A total of 330 employees in Korea participated. The results
indicated a negative relationship between employees’ counterproductive behaviors and job satisfaction. In addition,
employees’ counterproductive behaviors were positively associated with employees’ intention of leaving. Limitations
and future research directions are also discussed.
